Muscidae from N Spain to ID, please -> female Phaonia palpata

Hi again! I don't know if this is Muscidae or something else... Pictures were taken among the vegetation of woodland by a reservoir, in November the 9th, 2014, by Soto de Ribera (near Oviedo, Asturias, N Spain). Any chance to know the species?
