That is pretty difficult.

First idea was some Goniini, but if you look at the wing you see a clear fold to the bend of vein M, suggesting some Exoristini, which should be large and with hairy eyes and with 4 post DC --> Parasetigena silvestris male.
A suggestion

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
