My guess is Orthonevra (see https://diptera.i...;pid=70318). There are species with such long and narrow 3rd antennal segments. Similar metallic syrphids (Riponnensia, Lejogaster) have different antennae. However, I am absolutely no expert in tribe Chrysogastrini!

This is either Orthonevra intermedia or stackelbergi. It can only be ID'ed to species with certainty through genitl characters.
