Does the thorax have a dark central stripe? in that case it would be Opomyza lineatopunctata.

Yes, it was caught in a malaise trap between 10/8 and 7/9 2010. The trap was situated between a mire (bog) and an old beech forest i the SW part of the county Halland, about 23 km east of the city Laholm. |
