I think Ocydromiinae -- CuA2 not strongly recurved (as in Empidinae), thorax not arched (as in Hybotinae). The North American key tells me Oedalea based on the long first flagellomere and enlarged hind femur.

agre with Oedalea, the strap shaped antenna quite distinctive
