if Meiosimyza then most probably rorida or platycephala?

Here we can well see the two sternopleural setae that make M. rorida quite probable. The row of tiny spines (ctenidia = comb-like structures) is, however, situated on the inner side of the fore femur (see also http://www.dipter...pid=142831). It is very difficult to photograph Shock!
