I notice clear wings, contrasting dark tip of antenna and black mouthparts. No sure, but I think this is Lauxaniidae.

Edit: Changed subject (Lauxaniidae?)

1. Meiosimyza = Lyciella, here in Diptera.info - Meiosimyza, in Fauna Europea - Lyciella.
2. It isn't L.=M.nigripalpis (I looked at wrong couplet). Black antennae apex and black palpi + clear wing - L.=M.affinis, but it is my guess only

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
