Hello

Yesterday I found this fly on the top of a fallow slope in a urban park. Is it possible to give it a name ? I think it could be a Phryxe (vulgaris ?) but without belief. What's your opinion about it ?

Found in Noisy-le-Sec, Seine-Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
On the 30th of September 2022
Bogy length : ~9 mm

Thank you very much Theo.TumbsUp

I didn't know this species but it matches indeed.
I wasn't sure for the bare eyes.
