Piophilidae? Perhaps Liopiophila varipes? Southern Hungary

I have looked for this fly here on the gallery, but only Liopiophila varipes was found that is similar to my fly. My insect was about 3 mm long with wings. Not Piophilidae, Agromyzidae more likely.
