 I accidentally photographed this VERY tiny fly whilst taking a picture of something else. I appreciate that the picture is awful - but the wing pattern seems quite distinctive - is it possible to identify it please?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
