Hello, I'm not sure about this 7 mm fly. Hebecnema female? At light in garden two nights ago (northwest Germany). About 7 mm. The frons bears a strong proclinate orbital, so you're in the Muscinae subfamlily. This is a female Hydrotaea dentipes (M1+2 slightly curved apically and frontal triangle shinning black).
