Beach fly->Fucellia tergina/maritima

Does anyone know the name of this beach fly? I have these three (bad) pictures. It was found last week on a beach in the Netherlands. Thanks in advance.

It looks like Anthomyiidae; Fucellia sp. I looked through some photo's I have of F.fucorum taken at about the same angle.
