Pictured this specimen in Belgium (near Huy) on 2021-05-25. Seems to be Fanniidae, perhaps Fannia parva or Fannia serena OR Fannia armata ??? ? Can somebody ID it ? Thank you !!! NB. Added picture of T3 ! Photo of hind tibia would be helpful. There are long (some of them waved) setae at apical half of hind tibia !!!    T3 :
