Eustalomyia near Paris

Hello

I found this fly today in my garden, I think it's an Eustalomyia, but what species ? Arista don't seem to be clearly plumose, and thoracic marking don't correspond well to E. hilaris I think. So, maybe a male E. festiva ?

Thank you for your answer.

I missed this species, but after looking criteria given in this other topic, it looks fine. I can see at least 10 av setae on hind tibia.

Does anyone confirm ?
