Yes, it is a Panzeria (current name for Ernestia).
It is a candidate for vagans. I couldn't tell whether it is rudis or vagans.

Thanks a lot.
I read in key: E. vagans - Eye hairs black or dark brown; E. rudis - Eye hairs yellow. I see yellow. Is it not good feature for E. rudis?

It is very difficult to judge from pictures. IN these pictures, the hairs look darker than in rudis. That is all I can say.
