From SW Sweden today, about 5 mm. I deep incission at the base of hind femora. Is it possible to say genera/species?

Eccoptomera cf.obscura. Not totally sure. The picture is to dark to me. How many katepisternals bristles ?

Many thanks for help! There are two bristles on katepisternum - the bristle at the back is much bigger than the front one. Does it help? Sorry for the dark picture - I have to go so cloose to the fly with my lens so it is difficult to get enough light in between.
