Drosophilidae dark wing edges> Drosophila tristis

Hello! Is this a Drosophila sp.? It had dark wing edges, this was a dominant fly, probably a male which kept others off it's tree stump (an Acacia dealbata cut down after being frozen!). Size ~3mm.
