Hello,
I had put a slightly rotten potato in a tin.
Some time later, there were lots of larvae and insects in the box.
The insects look like Drosophila busckii.
I isolated some larvae ; the same insects emerged ; I think we can conclude that they are indeed the larvae of this insect.
Can Drosophila busckii be confirmed?

Correct; both larvae and adults are D. busckii.
