arrrgh. As there was no indication of size, I had wondered, whether this could be Dilophus febrilis. I also looked, if I could find the typical ring of spurs of Dilophus, but the resolution of the pics was not good enough. So I thought, it must be Bibio marci, because there are literally thousands of them around these days, but I did not find a single Dilophus in 2019, yet.
