I have followed the key published in the Royal Entomological Society book dedicated to Chironomidae (Vol. IX part 2). The coloration of the abdomen leads me to Cricotopus trifasciatus : segments 1, 4, 7 mainly yellow, middle scutal stripe abbreviated, femora yellow with black tips, white tibial bands very broad. Do you think this ID is correct ?

Cricotopus (Isocladius), could be Cricotopus sylvestris.
