Cordilura should be OK, as the palps seem to bear a very long bristle. Following the key by Ball (http://www.dipter...20v3_1.pdf) and claiming that there are four strong scutellar bristles, we arrive at a group of 4 species that differ in tricky characters and are best told apart by the male genitalia: C. pudica, C. rufimana, C. pubera, C. aemula. One could label the pics "C. cf. pubera" with a note on the other possibilities...
