is this very very small nice looking fly maybe member of Sphaeroceridae ? September 23. 2008 Helsinki, Finland.

Sphaeroceridae, Limosiinae, perhaps Coproica ferruginata but I am not completely aware if that species was named after the ferriginous body or perhaps just the legs. Telomerina also is not completely black but as far as I can recall it has another colour pattern.

Yep, Coproica ferruginata: a limosiine with many discal scutellar setae, second costal segment longer than the third, three large setae on the katepisternum and thorax red-brown.
