Hello,
Northern Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, Wittenbergener Ufer, walking path along the river Elbe, at a blade of grass, 15th of August 2018, (Photos: kuv). Also after searching in the Diptera gallery I've no idea. Please help to get the ID.
