I checked a lot of pictures in some families, but I didn't find this fly. Can somebody help? It is from the Netherlands.

It looks to me like a Clusiidae.

Thank you RuudWink I compared it to some Clusiidae, but now I found something that is looking more like it: Chyliza vittata of the Psilidae. I think this must be a scarce species in the Netherlands, but it looks exactly.

Let's wait until our master Paul will appear. He will for sure know the family.
But, to be honest, I often mix up Psilidae, especially those with "normal antennae" and families as Clusiidae
