Hi, this little girl comes from an early spring sample (aprll 30th - may 4th) from southern Sweden (Alsterbro, Småland). Sadly there were just two females in the sample, no males. Using Shatalkin´s keys the very dark legs makes me suspect this is Calliopum geniculatum. However, his description is really brief, and as this species has not yet been recorded in Sweden, I would love you to comment on this. As a side-note: does C geniculatum overwinter as adults?
