Calliphoridae. Bellardia sp. probably vulgaris but the photos are not sharp enough to bring it to a species. Notice the silvery parafacials and the bend of the m vein. Tachinidae do not have such a teal green abdomen.

It was quite large, well above 10mm I thought it is something closely related to something like Panzeria rudis on the Tachinidae side, or Pollenia vera, Bellardia vulgaris or Bellardia viarum on the Calliphoridae side Edited by Waldgeist on 19-09-2019 02:27 |
