Could this fly be identified by the photo I took 07/17 in Naantali, Finland? Some kind of a horsefly?
(I've got more pics if needed)

Atylotus is OK. Do you have dorsal pic of abdomen and frontal pic of head?

Probably A. rusticus, but I am not sure without better view of frons and/or antennae.
