 Possible, but S. testacea has yellow legs. Anticheta analis looks more "highly likely"

Sorry, but I am a little bit stubborn. We have only three Sciomyza species: dryomyzina, sebezhica and simplex. And S. dryomyzina has black fore legs.Cool
