is it possible to tell the genus and species of this female?

Anthomyiidae. Are segments 2-3 of the fore tarsi broader than the others?

In America there are several species with broad segments 2-3 of fore tarsi, and several more with broad segments 2-5. I do not have my books with me now to check. I think this fly has 2-3 broader than 4-5.

I think it does belong to the Alliopsis silvestris group. There are five European species in the group.

Griffiths says A. silvestris has strong interfrontal setae. I don't think I see any.
