It sat in an awkward way making it impossible to take good photos. This is the result. Maybe it is a freshly emerged specimen and therefor impossible to ID.

The bend in M is quite rounded. Are we sure this is a tachinid and not a muscid? eg newly emerged Dasyphora?

Definitely a Tachinid, Peribaea spec. or just maybe Actia (infantula).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
