Hello,
On October 15th this year I made these low quality pics of a male Calliopum in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands.

I was wondering if any further ID is possible based on the distinctive shape of the genitalia...?

Thanks in advance,
Reindert van Eekelen

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
