Is this fly a Campiglossa ?
An idea of the species and how to find it ?

Campiglossa producta.

Difficult to say how to find them, because they have a broad range of host plants.
In the Netherlands I find them in autumn at ruderal places, feeding on Asteraceae.

Femora dark, the head flattened, a big hyalin spot in R4+5 between r-m and dm-cu, another one immediately past the end of vein r2+3, other features are difficult to see at photo's.
