Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), right by the lake Selenter See, many bushes, at a leaf of acer, 24th of May 2019, (Photos: kuv). Please help to get the ID.

After checking the Psilidae in the Diptera Gallery I think it could be Chyliza leptogaster. Is that right?
