the ocellar bristles seem to be outside of the ocellar triangle, so that will lead to Sapromyzosoma. Everytime that i try to key it, i end up at Sapromyzosoma senilis. You should wait for an opinion from Paul but i do believe that this is Sapromyzosoma.

Yes, Sapromyzosoma. Probably quadripunctata though with a female it is difficult to say from pictures. The status of senilis is uncertain as the description does not match the supposed types in Paris.
