is this the correct identification?

the first foto show a male and a female?

the flies was about 8-10mm, altitude 100m,

Germany, Northrhein-Westfalia, Bergkamen, 7. 4. 2019

Correct, but 2 males. Check the claws !

Lurida is pretty variable in colouration.
