estimate 6-8mm long
nectaring on yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flowers in my garden.
14.45pm, 28th Aug. 2017. Flensburg, Germany.

Why is there such a difference in the colour of of their abdomens. Is it that male's are always brown and female's blueish-grey?
