found on 2017-02-16 sitting on a shrub in the Al Marmoum Conservation Reserve, Emirate Dubai.

Coenosia attenuata seems to be wide spread in the Emirates. Could it be this species?

It appears to belong to the same species group, at least. The tigrina group has two major bristles arising from the same level of the hind tibia.
