Drosophilidae to ID

I found this fly in my garden, in the East of France. I thought it could be Drosophila funebris, but the abdomen seems to be totally black. Is it possible to ID this specimen ? Thank you. kristobal21 attached the following image: [61.8Kb] |

ID a bit too tricky with just this image. Completely black abdomen might indicate a Lordiphosa male.
