I found this fly near a troop of Clytocybe nebularis mushrooms in the park in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK on 30 October 2015. I've j=keyed it out as Suiliia bicolor using Withers key as presented at http://www.online...?key_no=19. I am posting the photos to get expert agreement or correction to the ID.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
