Botanophila fugax?

16th April this year, grassland/scrub next to freshwater lake. The genitalia seem a very good match for fugax, though it does seem to have two rather than the usual one pre-sutural acrostichal.

Indeed confusing... Key to genera of British Anthomyiidae M.Ackland : "1 pair of strong presutural acrostichal setae followed by multiserial fine hairs on either side of suture" I think he means that just one pair is very strong and makes no mention about the pair before.......
