Hello,
This male Onesia was photographed in the Roussillon plain (Pyrénées-Orientales, France, altitude 60 m) in early spring. Size not measured.
Unless I am mistaken, it has 3 postsutural ia setae + 1 presutural ia setae.
The forehead seems narrower than the width of the ocelli.
The r4+5 cell is open.
Is it possible to determine the species?

Yes. Antenna is too long for Bellardia.
