we get this fotos on our balkony,
this fly was about 2-3mm.

Is more ID possible?

Hi Reimund, these are very common on my house wall, too, and I've determined it as M. jacula in 2016, because of the yellow knees and based on the fascinating article by Nikita Vikhrev:
