Hi !

France, Loiret, size 11 mm, inside the house on 28 th july 2016
Could it be Aedes maculipennis (female) ?

Anopheles (long palps and perched with head closer to surface).

It's a member of the Anopheles maculipennis complex - only separable by the markings on the eggshell.
