I find Erycia furibunda, but with the red tibia, I doubt.

 Are you sure it is not Ceromasia rubrifrons ?
The vertex is so broad, the tibiae are red as you noticed, the basicosta are very yellow and don't I see discal bristles ??

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
