can anyone help me identify these fly?
I took the photo on 28 June 2014 Kokkola, Finland.

Looking at your key the halteres should be brown-black, lower part of haltere looks quite pale in the photos- is this ok for this species, I would have by-passed it!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
