I know pictures are not good Sad but I would appreciate the confirmation that this is Agromyzidae. And if anybody can tell or suggest the genus, I would be extremely happy Smile

Taken in vegetation by a river in bushy area in C Spain on April the 14th 2013.

Thanks in advance for any help Wink

Phytomyza rufipes, Meigen, 1830 (Agromyzidae). In the Palaearctic there are only very few Phytomyza spp. with yellowish femora combined with yellow antennae and a partly yellowish lateral stripe of the thorax: rufipes, flavicornis Fallén, 1823 (with only one upper orbital bristle, scutum more or less shining black, peculiar bent upwards pubescens on the third antennal article, on nettles), chrysocera Hendel, 1936 (rough acrostichals, Sibiria), and lusatica Hering, 1955 (upper orbital bristle shorter than anterior one, orbits in profile not protruding above the eye compared with the image of rufipes). P. rufipes is a robust fly attacking plants in the family Brassicaceae, partly being harmful in Brassica cultures, an abundant species in the area of rape fields.
