yesterday I found this couple on a leaf of Impatiens parviflora in a forest near Marburg, central Germany. Most likely it is Platypalpus pectoralis on account of the largely yellow thorax with medians tripe, the darkeneing of the costa and the rather smallish genitalia of the male.

Thank you, Paul. I saw a lot of them hunting on leafs of different plants but for me this was the first observation of a copula in this species. Regards, Ingo
