This is again Lispocephala mikii I think : wholly orange legs and antennae, first dc very short...

All words in italic refer to the binomial genus/species. If I wanted to quote the genus name followed by the author name, I would have written : Lispocephala Pokorny, 1893. In this case, only the genus name is in italic, and we have to add the year after the author. Fauna Europaea is also a good help whenever you need to know something about a taxon or a distribution.
