Hello, This looks like Cerodontha, it was attracted to the outside light in the very early hours of 27th June. Size not much more than 2mm. Near Lincoln UK. I agree that this is a Phyllomyza and probably a male, but I don't think it is P. securicornis because the pubescence on the basiflagellomere is not long enough. However, I can't really tell from this photo. A lateral shot would be better. Irina |
