Hello,
I found this 2-3 cm long larva? below a stone. Can somebody identify it?

it is a Diptera larva of the genus Rhagio, family Rhagionidae. Typical head capsule is clearly visible, as well as the anal lobes. Very nice picture ! It may well be suitable for the gallery.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
